Adrienne is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working with children through adults. She helps clients understand themselves better, overcome challenges, and create meaningful change. Adrienne’s approach is grounded in honesty and directness, paired with a deep commitment to compassion and support throughout the therapeutic process. She believes in getting to the root of the issue while providing a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself.
With expertise in anxiety, ADHD, trauma, parenting, co-parenting in divorced families, and school-related difficulties, Adrienne works to meet clients wherever they are on their journey. She is specifically trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TFCBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and is an ADHD Certified Provider. With 15 years of experience in school systems, she also offers unique insight and guidance on academic and school-related challenges.
Adrienne believes therapy is a collaborative process, and she tailors her approach to meet each client’s unique needs. Whether you’re an adult facing stress, trying to improve relationships, seeking personal growth, or a teen navigating identity, peer pressure, or academic hurdles, Adrienne works alongside you to explore your challenges, listen actively, and offer realistic steps for progress.

At this time, Adrienne is seeing clients ages 12 through adulthood through Telehealth only. She offers both short-term and long-term approaches. Adrienne offers a free 15-minute consultation to help you determine if she is a good fit for your needs.
